5 Iron Crosses
1 Kick up to Hand stand 10 secs

OHS: 135# on last 3 rep.. May be going to wide on my grip

OHS – 105# – think i have more in me, technique and balance need some work
240 reps – i think i have at least 270 reps if i do this by myself but got gassed and had nothing left trying to keep up with Melissa and Ulf
OHS: 3 reps at 95#. Tried 105# and it looked ugly. Next time
