I don’t know what to report. A part of me died this morning.
Awesome WOD coach.
Another great Tuesday360 – and with holiday great start to week. As to partial death, most definitely, and time of said death was on the 9th burpee, with kbs providing just a glimmer of hope of redemption.
That WOD made me regret a lot of my holiday weekend food choices. Great way to start off the week though!
BCAAs threatened to make a second appearance multiple times in that WOD… Made it to sit-up 44 and died.
