Android users, time to celebrate. SugarWOD for Android is here!
SugarWOD allows you to log your workouts, encourage others and see where you stack up in the gym and in the greater CrossFit community.
Pick your privacy level (Private, Friends Only, Friends + Box or Everyone), then cheer on your fellow athletes, log your PRs and track your progress throughout the year.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, select EVF Performance as your home box. The Workout the Day will pop up on the digital whiteboard, along with instructional videos and your performance in the same or similar workouts and with similar movements. After class, record your results and fist bump someone you saw doing his or her best in the gym.
