5 per arm single KB sotts presses
10 alternating KB snatches

Bench Press

6×3 at 85%

Overhead squat

3×2 at 105% of 1RM snatch
The bar is taken from the rack or blocks, same load as last week.

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP:
6 squat snatches 115/80 lbs
9 ring pushups
12 alternating pistols
