Warm up

2 rounds:
50 jumping jacks
10 spiderman steps
5 inch worms
5 hang power clean and jerks
5 Cuban presses with 2.5 or 5# plates in each hand

Clean & Jerk

3×2 at 82.5%-87.5% of 1RM C&J
3×1 at 87.5%-95% of 1RM C&J
Note: this is peak week, next week will be a deload and we will test a new 1RM for C&J on 8/26.
DO NOT attempt to max out today.

Conditioning

Every 2 mins for 5 rounds, each round for time:
50 double unders
6 single DB deadlifts 50/35 lbs Right side
5 single DB hang power cleans 50/35 lbs Right side
4 single DB shoulder to overheads 50/35 lbs Right side
6 single DB deadlifts 50/35 lbs Left side
5 single DB hang power cleans 50/35 lbs Left side
4 single DB shoulder to overheads 50/35 lbs Left side
