25 min AMRAP:
200m run (both partners run together)
20 pullups (split as desired between partners)
2-4-6-8… “rounds of dumbbell DT”, 50/35 lbs (switch partner after each full round of DT)
1 round of dumbbell DT: 12 double dumbbell deadlifts, 9 double dumbbell hang power cleans, 6 double dumbbell shoulder-to-overhead
The number of “rounds of dumbbell DT” increases by 1 for each partner, each round of this workout
Olympic lifting
Part A
Split jerk – 3×3
Work up to a heavy set
Part B
Power clean & jerk + Clean & jerk
7x(1+1) at 80-85%
Part C
Deficit clean deadlifts – 2″ deficit
3×3 at 120% of 1RM clean
Note: Set yourself up as for a clean starting position, not a traditional deadlift. Use straps if needed.
Part D
9 min AMRAP:
3 clusters 95/65 lbs
6 hang power cleans 95/65 lbs
9 pushups
Goal: 7+ rounds
