150 wall balls 20/14 lbs
120 alternating dumbbell snatches 50/35 lbs
90 box jumps over 24/20 in
60 cal ski/row
30 bar muscles up or 90 pullups
Time cap: 32 min

Part A
Behind the neck snatch grip push jerks
4×3, increase from last week
Part B
Power snatch
3 at 65%, 3 at 70%, 2 at 72.5%, 2 at 75%, 2 at 75%
Part C
Snatch high pulls
3×3 at 90%
Part D
Death-by snatches and burpees. Every minute on the minute, complete until failure**:
3 snatches 95/65 lbs
3 burpees
** Reps for both the snatches and the burpees increase by 1 each minute. When you fail to complete all reps withing the minute, stop. Goal is to complete the round of 9 (7th minute)
