In a 30 min window:
2,500m/2,000m row
— then
30 rounds of “Holleyman”:
1 round of “Holleyman”: 5 wall balls 20/14 lbs, 3 handstand pushups, 1 power clean [BB: 225/155 lbs, KBs: 2×32/24 kg]
— then, in the remaining time:
AMReps row cal in remaing time.

Note: split the rowing evenly between partners, and alternate full rounds of “Holleyman”. Each partner does 15 rounds.
Scaling: 6 hand-release pushups instead of HSPU

Fragmented cleans (pause 2 sec above knee)

Part B
