In teams of 2, for time, split as desired excpet the runs:
100 double KB deadlifts 32/24 kg
400m run (together)
100 thrusters [BB: 95/65 lbs, DBs: 2×40/25 lbs]
400m run (together)
100 pullups
400m run (together)
50 thrusters [BB: 95/65 lbs, DBs: 2×40/25 lbs]
400m run (together)
50 double KB deadlifts 32/24 kg
Time cap: 30 min
Olympic lifting
Part A
Tempo clean and jerk – 5×2
5 sec tempo on the ascent of the clean. Drop and reset between reps.
70-75%
Part B
Find a heavy load of the following complex for the day:
1 clean pull + 1 clean + 1 hang clean + 2 jerks
Part C
Paused front squats
4×3 at 85% of 1RM clean with 2 sec pause at the bottom
Part D
Every 90 sec for 5 rounds:
5 front squats
5 jerks
Max toes to bars in the remaing time
— rest 1 min between rounds
Note: barbell at 75% of 1RM
