— then, 5 rounds of:

10 wall walks

Part A
From 6″ blocks, every 2 min for 12 min, rotating through:
3 power clean & split jerks

3 squat clean & split jerks
Weights: 65%-75%
Part B
Deficit clean pulls – 2″ deficit
3×3 at 100% of 1RM clean

Split jerks
3×4 at 75% across

8 shoulder to overheads 135/95 lbs
