16:50 @ 70#. Probably could have gone 10# heavier but need to work on my snatches desperately.
Dropped in from the Blackbox on 28th. The smaller class sizes and attention from the instructors at EVF was a breathe of fresh air. Great group of people at 6am. Hopefully I’ll be back!
