6-minute AMRAP:
15 KB swings (53/35) (44/26)
10 deadlifts (225/155) (185/125)
5 burpee box jumps (24/20)
Movement standards
Only American kettlebell swings are permitted. At the top of the swing, hips and knees must be fully extended and ears must be visible.
For the deadlift, the barbell begins on the ground and must touch the ground between each rep. The athlete’s knees and hips must be extended at the top, with the shoulders behind the bar. Any grip is permitted.
The athlete’s chest must touch the ground on each rep of the burpees. Stepping and jumping back are both permitted.
Athletes may jump or step up onto the box. With either movement, athletes must fully extend their knees and hips with both feet on the box.
