Mobility: Spend some time in this double hip opener for better hip healthy and overall body health.

Warm up
400m run, then

2 rounds of:
10 reps squat therapy
10 PVC pass-thrus

2 rounds of:
:30 OHS hold
10 PVC OHS

Strength/Skill
3 sets for quality:
10 overhead squats (from rack)
10 strict toes to bar

Increase weight on OHS from last week.

Conditioning
3 rounds for time
24 KBS (70/53)
16 DB push press (40/25)
8 front squats (155/105)
