Mobility: Dumpy shoulders be gone! Learn how to clean up the junk in your shoulders and back so you can raise your arms overhead and maybe even do it pain free!

Warm up
7 minutes:
200m run
:30/:30 KB ankle stretch
10 step ups
5 push ups

Skill
12 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 12 pistols
Minute 2 – 40 double unders
Minute 3 – 10 ring push ups

Add weight to the pistols if possible.

Conditioning
For time:
40 handstand push ups
30 DB snatches (50/35, alternating)
20 toes to bar
