Mobility: Getting overhead is challenging — practice helps, but limbering up the muscles to get there also helps. Here’s some solid information from the experts at Catalyst Athletics.

Warm up
2 rounds:
:30 high knees
:30 butt kicks
1 minute single unders
:30 double unders

2 rounds:
10 push ups
10 hollow rocks
10 supermans w/ :03 pause

Strength
3 sets:
10 snatch grip behind neck push press
Rest :60
16 double KB overhead walking lunges
Rest :60
:20-:30 chin over bar hold
Rest :60

Increase weight on the snatch grip presses from last week.

Conditioning
4 rounds for time:
10 sdhp (95/65)
30 double unders
10 ring dips
