Warm up
3 rounds not for time or 10 minutes:
5 strict muscle clean
5 back squat
5 hip power clean
5 front squat
5 hang power clean

Strength
Performance & Fitness: Power clean + hang clean

Conditioning
Performance/Fitness
15 minute AMRAP:
9 deadlifts (155/105)
12 hand release push-ups
15 box jumps (24/20)
