Mobility: 8 hip mobility drills you’re not doing.

Warm up
3 rounds:
10 PVC dislocates
5 snatch grip push press
10 step ups
Wall walk to :20 handstand hold

Strength/Skill
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
Overhead squat x 3

Increase weight from last week

Skill Conditioning
10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 12/10 calorie row
Minute 2 – 10-12 pistols

Rest 1 minute

10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 40 double unders
Minute 2 – 8-12 handstand push ups
