Warm Up

6 minutes:
10 banded good mornings
:20 handstand hold
10 glute bridges
:20 hollow hold
5 box jumps

Strength

5 sets
Deadlift
Push press

Set 1: 5 reps @ 70%
Set 2: 4 reps @ 75%
Set 3: 3 reps @ 80%
Set 4: 2 reps @ 85%
Set 5: 1 rep @ 90%

Conditioning

For time
75 DB hang to overhead (40/25)
*Each time you break, perform burpees. Burpees increase by 5 each time (first break 5 burpees, second break 10 burpees, and so on).
