Strength/Skill

5 push press (70% of 1RM, from floor)
:30 max reps toes to bar
Rest 1:30 between rounds
Strength/Conditioning
For load
10-8-6-4-2 reps of
Front squat from floor
Rest 1:00 between sets; increase load each round.
