Warm up
5 minutes:
10 air squats
10 burpees
10 dead bugs
3 sets:
3 snatch deadlifts
3 hang snatch high pulls
3 hang muscle snatches
3 hang power snatches
3 power snatches
3 OHS

Strength/Skill
Hang power snatch + power snatch + overhead squat
5 x (1+1+1)
Work up each set, but no heavier than 75%.

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
60 air squats
30 knees to elbows
30 push ups
