Warm up

10 good mornings (PVC)
5 dislocates
5 OHS
5 Sotts press
Conditioning
4 rounds
3 minute AMRAP:
3 power snatches (135/95)
6 OHS (135/95)
9 push ups
Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs.
Strength Accessory

5 snatch grip behind neck push press

10 Romanian deadlifts
Rest 2 minutes between sets
