Warm-up
3 rounds:
10 PVC pass thrus
10 PVC overhead lunges
10 KB sdhp

Strength
Front squat
Performance: 60%x5, 70%, 3×5
Fitness: 4×5, across

Conditioning
“Air Force”

Men: 95#
Women: 65#

For time:
20 thrusters
20 sdhp
20 push jerks
20 overhead squats
20 front squats

*4 burpees every minute on the minute. Workout starts with burpees.
