10 lunges w/ pass thru
5 overhead squats
5 tall snatches
:20 dip support hold
5 push ups
Strength
10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 3 overhead squats
Minute 2 – 5-7 strict/weighted ring dips
Increase weight on OHS from last week.
Conditioning
2 rounds for time:
800m run
10 snatches (155/105)
