Warm Up
2 rounds:
5 inchworm + push up
10 alternating groiners
10 walking lunge with pass thru
2 rounds w/ empty barbell:
5 snatch deadlifts
5 hang muscle snatch
5 behind neck snatch press
8 OHS
Strength
Every :90 for 8 sets –
Snatch deadlift + snatch pull + 2 hang snatch + overhead squat
Work to a moderate set of the complex. No heavier than 75%.
Conditioning
For time
50 thrusters (75/55)
35 bar-facing burpees
20 DB step overs (50/35)
