Friday, March 18 CrossFit Workout of the Day
Mobility: Smashing your forearms will help release tension upstream (biceps) & downstream (wrists) as well as help improve grip strength. I find the barbell works best, but can also be the spiciest! Pick your poison and spend at least 2 minutes on each side.
Performance
24 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 8 hang power cleans (135/95)
Minute 2 – 10 toes to bar
Minute 3 – 10 deadlifts (135/95)
Minute 4 – 10 burpees
Minute 5 – 6 push jerks (135/95)
Minute 6 – 40 double unders

Minute 1 – 6 hang power cleans
Minute 2 – 8 knees to elbows
Minute 3 – 8 deadlifts
Minute 4 – 8 burpees
Minute 5 – 4 push press
Minute 6 – 80 single unders
