Strength
Performance: 2 hang cleans
Fitness: Hang power clean + 2 front squats

Conditioning
5 rounds not for time:
3 muscle-ups or 4 Turkish get-ups
6 floor press or close-grip bench
9 GHD hip extensions or good mornings
12 front rack weighted step-ups
