Handstand practice

4 rounds or 12 minutes:
10m handstand walk
25m single arm DB OH walking lunge
20 sit-ups

Conditioning
Performance
3 rounds
5-minute AMRAP:
3 power snatches (135/95)
3 OHS (135/95)
3 burpees over barbell
*2 minutes rest between rounds

Fitness
3 rounds
5-minute AMRAP:
6 plate ground to overhead
6 goblet squats
6 burpees
*2 minutes rest between rounds
