3 rounds not for time:
5 BB snatch grip good morning
5 BB muscle snatch
5 BB OHS
5 BB hang power snatch

Strength
Snatch: Find a 1RM

Conditioning
Performance/Fitness
3 rounds of “Barbara”:
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats

Rest 3 minutes between each round.
