60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots
60 seconds of 135/95 lb. Power Clean
60 seconds of 24″/20″ Box Jumps
60 seconds of 95/65 lb. Push Press
60 seconds of Pull-Ups
60 seconds of Rest

Rounds went 88-70-68. The cleans got heavy real fast in round 2 when you are a winded. I feel like we’ve been doing a fair amount of pullups lately and recommend that everyone buys a callus shaver. It pays to take good care of your hands as there aren’t many things worse than having a huge tear in the middle of a workout.
Good advice…especially since more pull-ups are on the menu for today
