In 15 Mins Build to a heavy set of two

Front Squats (115/80) (135/95)
Knees to elbows

Knees to elbows was on our CrossFit Judges course, meaning we may see it in the open. Which means we will get after it.

Scale options:
Scale weight on the FS
If you cannot do Knees to elbows lift knees as high as you can or sub with weighted Ab mat Sit ups
