In 7 Mins
10 Pass Thru’s w a Samson stretch
5 Squat stretches
10 Hollow rocks
10 Push ups
10 Jump Squats

Strength/Skill
In 15 Mins
5 sets of the following complex
1 Strict Press
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
Build to a successful heavy set

Training (Met-Con)
Open Workout 13.2
10 Min AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Over head (115/80)
10 Dead lifts (115/80)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Scale options:
Scale weight
Scale time
Scale height on box

  1. Strength – 135# (failed on 145#, should have gone for 140#)

    6+6 RX – trying to see where I ended up on 13.2 during last years open. Could not find a way to do so on the open website. Anybody know if this is possible?

    1. Go on the leaderboard and then change the year to 2013 and change the filter and stage to week 2….first place was 387 reps! Insane!
