Scale TTB with knees to elbows,
Sub w weighted Sit ups

    5RM – 240;
    Last 10 – 165;

    Met Con – 6 Rounds; RX weight; but Knees 2 Elbow, okay knees to close to elbow;

    Hope to see you all tomorrwo at 360.
