  1. Strength – last of 10 @ 135#

    Metcon – 74 reps – wasnt vacationing on thrusters!! it just sounds like a low # of reps, when you work along side animals, also, hand ripping did not help me get chest to the bar.

  2. Str – last set 145;

    Met Con – 84; Thruster wer consistent at 10 per; C2B need some work (read “alot”) of work on kipping. near strict is no fun;

  3. Metcon – 99 #40. I am so out of crossfit shape I don’t even want to list my strength. In October I will be back on UES and I’ll get it back!!!
