5 knees to feet
8 heavy KBS
5 BB drop snap (no heav)

Strength
Performance: Hip snatch + hang snatch + overhead squat
Fitness: Power snatch + 2 overhead squats

Conditioning
Performance
4 rounds for time, 15-minute time cap:
6 front squats (165/110)
12 pull-ups
24 box jumps (24/20)

Fitness
4 rounds for time, 15-minute time cap:
12 goblet squats
12 jumping pull-ups
12 box jumps/step-ups
