Warm Up

7 minutes:
10 alternating groiners
10 supermans
10 glute bridges
5 scap push ups
:30 plank

Workout

Deck of Cards, version 2.0

Hearts = goblet squat or jump squat
Diamonds = 2-push up burpees
Spades = pistols or jumping lunges
Clubs = v-ups
Joker = 4 Turkish get ups/side

Shuffle the cards and get to work! 

Ace = 1
Jacks = 11
Queens = 12
Kings = 13

Example: If you draw an eight of clubs, you’ll do 8 v-ups.
