Strength

Power clean + clean

Ascend each set

Accessory

Strict/weighted pull ups x 5-7
Strict/weighted ring dips x 5-7

Conditioning
8 minute AMRAP:
10 DB power cleans (50/35)
15 hand release push ups
20 wall balls (20/14)
