Monday December 22nd, 2014 Workout of the Day

As Coach Nicole eloquently stated in yesterday’s blog, we have the beginning of our de-load week today. It is much needed after the amazing work the entire EVF community put in this cycle culminating with testing week. We will work all important mobility and skill work we don’t usually see. I am putting together an analysis of last weeks results and will publish a breakdown on the blog in the next couple days along with what we are going to see in the next cycle.
