Test week is here! Use this as an opportunity to see how you’ve progressed this cycle. This week we’ll tackle snatches, cleans, push jerks and overhead squats. You’ll also see some benchmark metcons, so prepare yourself for a fun, tough week.
Be sure to update SugarWOD or your log book with your results. Don’t just write down a number; take note of how you feel after, how you broke up the workout and where you could have improved. Use those results to improve your next attempt. Good luck!
