5 strict pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Skill
Pistol progressions

C12-minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 6-10 pistols
Minute 2 – 30 double unders

Conditioning
Performance/Fitness
30-20-10 reps for time:
Box jump overs (24/20)
KB snatch (53/35)
