Mobility: The foot has 26 little bones that constantly take a pounding from our bodies plus any load we’re carrying. Clear up impingement especially around the ankle with these mobilizations. They will help you squat better too!

Warm up
3 rounds:
15 air squats
10 spidermans
10 supermans

Strength
Back squat
