10 PVC front squats

2 rounds:
3 clean deadlifts
3 clean pulls
3 muscle cleans
3 power cleans
3 cleans

Strength
Clean: 1RM

Conditioning
“Air Force”
For time @ 95/65
20 thrusters
20 sumo deadlift high pulls
20 push jerks
20 overhead squats
20 front squats

4 burpees every minute on the minute. Workout starts with burpees.
