Mobility: Deload week is upon us! Time to recover and rest our bodies before we attack another cycle. Mobility this week will focus on recovery. This is a long video, but it focuses strictly on the legs – yoga is great way to heal the muscles & the mind.

Warm up
2 rounds:
250m easy row
10 scap pull ups
5 push ups
10 hollow rocks

Strength
3 sets:
10 DB/KB floor press
5-7 strict pull ups w/ 5-count negative

3 sets:
8/8 half-kneeling single-arm KB press
8/8 single-arm KB row

Conditioning
7-minute AMRAP:
Wall balls (20/14)
*EMOM 5 deadlifts (205/135)
