15 sit ups
Strength
4 sets
12 barbell front rack step ups (6/leg)
12 strict press (50-55%)
20 single leg deadlift w/ KBs (10/leg)
Conditioning
2 ROUNDS:
3 minute AMRAP
8 box jump overs (24/20)
4 DB clusters (40/30)
Rest 2 minutes
3 minutes max distance row
Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a second round
