Monday, Nov. 19 CrossFit Workout of the Day
Congrats to all on the PRs this past testing week, small and large.
This past cycle was long and grueling and you all worked through it and made some PR’s mentally and physically along the way.
Here’s what to expect from the next four weeks of programming:
Monday – Front squat + shorter conditioning
Tuesday – Gymnastics work + barbell cycling
Wednesday – Snatch skill work + conditioning
Friday – Strict press + long conditioning
This Thursday (Thanksgiving) will be a partner WOD and Saturday will be a Hero WOD!

Warm Up
2 rounds:
:30 goblet squat hold
5 push ups to downward dog
5 v-ups to hollow
15 wall balls (light)
Strength
Front squat: 4×5
Building each set.
15-20# shy of a 5 rep max.
Conditioning
14 minute AMRAP:
200 double unders
100 wall balls (20/14)
50 toes to bar
