The Open CrossFit Workout of the day 14.1

The 2014 CrossFit season has officially begun.

When you come into the gym, look at the board for your name and heat. Then begin to warm up.

Each hour we will go through the workout and the standards. Again please have a great attitude about the whole thing. If you are NO REP’d, do not let it throw you off. Do not get upset and most of all do not get angry with your judge.

Do me one big favor. Just one. RELAX! Were exercising dude’s and dudets. Its one workout. Give your best and like I keep telling you have a blast with it all.

Warm up

Foam roll quads, hips and back.

LAX Ball to your scapula and traps

3 sets

5 squat stretches

5 inch worms

5 supermans

10 hollow rocks

10 pass thru’s (PVC)

20 Double Unders

 

Training (Met-con)

10 Min AMRAP

30 Double Unders

15 Power Snatches (75/55)

Master Athletes: 40 and above (65/45)
