Dynamic Stretches

Tabata Burpees

8 rounds of

20 secs AMRAP

10 sec rest

 

Training

“CINDY ON DEATH ROW”

In teams of two

6 rounds for time of

row 1k meters

AMRAP CINDY on Death Row in that time

10 Pull ups

15 push ups

20 Air squats

 

1 Partner rows a 1k each round (3k total per  athlete)

The other partner does as many rounds as possible in that duration of time
