Use band for pull ups or double the # and sub with ring rows
1 partner starts on the row, once complete the other partner chases the other around the circuit until the 20 mins are up.
You can not lap the person in front of you. You must wait until the person completes the movement to move on.
Count up total number of rounds individually then add them together with your partner for your team total.
