Warm up
15 mins
W a PVC pipe
2 sets of
10 Pass Thru’s
10 around the worlds
10 Over Head squats

W an empty barbell
2 Sets of
5 Rack Lunges
5 push presses
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Snatch with Dead lifts
5 Squat Clean Thrusters

Training (Met-Con)
“Barbellrama”
In teams of 4
2 guys and 2 girls
Complete the following for time
180 Rack Lunges (95/65)(135/95)
180 Push Presses (95/65)(135/95)
180 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)(135/95)
180 snatch width Dead Lifts (95/65)(135/95)
180 Squat Clean thrusters (95/65)(135/95)

Divide the work evenly amongst the entire team 90 Guys 90 Girls
Only one group can work at a time and there can only be two barbells loaded amongst the four.

The group not going MUST hold the bar off the ground, dead lift position, on the shoulders, in the rack, over head etc. Either partner may hold it but the bar must be in the air for the other group to continue through their reps.
