Saturday 4/12/2014 CrossFit Workout of the day

I let it slip that FGB would be on Saturday. What I failed to mention was that it would not be a normal FGB.

Score is lowest rounds combined

In this workout you move from each of five stations after 8 rounds of 20/10. Meaning you do 8 rounds of wall balls before moving on to SDHP’s. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately as they will only have 10 secs of rest between movements.

  1. FGB is my all time favorite workout. This version not so much.

    231 reps. Shoutout to the 8am crew for attempting to keep up with Travis during abs tabata.

  2. Thinking tabatta FGB is awesome traing to post PRs on the traditional FGB.

    38 for with an asterisk, not counting low round of wall balls in transition from row to wall balls.
