10 StO empty BB
10 Front Squats
10 sit ups
10 sonics
5 Spider-Man stretches
5 iron crosses

Training
In teams of 2
The barbell can never touch the ground. Penalty is 40 team Burpees
Complete the following for time
Divide the work evenly. Only 1 person can work at a time.

80 Shoulder to Over head (95/65)
80 Front Squats (95/65)
80 Sit ups w MB to chest (20/14)
60 Shoulder to Over Head
60 Front Squats
60 Sit ups w MB to chest
40 STO
40 Front Squats
40 Sit ups w MB to chest
20 STO
20 Front Squats
20 Sit ups w MB to chest

Scale options
Scale weight
Scale # of reps

You can rest the bar in any position as long as it never touches the ground. Even during the sit up portion the bar must be held by the other partner.

You have to admit, you had no idea who’s adventure it really was.
